Will miss you Teddy Kennedy

There's a great loss today in America with the passing of Teddy Kennedy. I'm old enough to remember Teddy as the younest brother of the president, John Kennedy, and then the surviving son of Joesph kennedy after the death of Bobby Kennedy. Teddy not only stepped in to be a father figure to the children of his brothers, but to become an imposing figure in the Senate to become known as a senate who was a leader for all. To me, his greatest cause was for quality health care for all, and it is sad that after all these years, America still can't come to realize his dream that was a dream for all.
He did have personal tragedies and dramas, but he was able to work through those and created a strong family along with helping to create a stronger nation.
He will be missed.

Favre a Viking?

The I'm retired-not-retired-retired-OK I miss football former Packer Favre is at it again. He shows up to talk to people in of all places, Minnesota. Does anyone really care about this guy anymore? He's going from great football QB to a joke of an old player. Maybe he SHOULD go to the Vikings. It will make for GREAT TV when he shows up on the Great Tundra of Green Bay in a Vikings uniform. Cheeseheads won't be happy

Vick to find out football is dog eat dog

So Michael Vick is heading to Philly to play with the Eagles. This guy should expect a lot of grief from the fans of the opposing teams. Wonder what Donovan McNabb is going to think about all this. Think his mom will pour some soup on the new guy?

Good thing football teams don't have that bring your dog to the stadium day. Personally, I don't think the guy should be playing. But that's my opinion.

He should have gone to Cincy and the Dog Pound.

Eagles first game of the season is at the Panthers. Cats will kick and scratch.

Meet the Falcons in December.
